In one of his many kitchen the chef sets out the tasty recipe for his steamed shrimp salad with two dressings.
Peeled shrimps are split in two, steamed and simply plated with some seasonal green salad leaves. The dressings are a mix of creamy warm sauce and soy dressing with lemon and truffle - a nice contrast of hot and cold.
For some added luxury the chef suggests making the same salad but replacing the shrimp with lobster. It’s super fresh, simple and light - a perfect summer salad.
