We’ve done our own Dress the Plate project at FDL and the latest chef to step into the fashion spotlight is the two Michelin starred Bjorn Frantzen from Sweden with this collection of edible fashion.
Working with designs by Polo Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Chloe, and Diane Von Furstenberg as inspiration, Frantzen has reinterpreted some of the Spring fashion with mainly edible ingredients.
