If you've ever wanted to work in Peruvian fine dining, chef Gastón Acurio can make your dreams come true. The acclaimed chef has launched an international search for culinary talent to work at his restaurants in Latin America and the United States.
"In full pursuit of young lovers of Peruvian cuisine for our upcoming national and international openings during the year 2013," Acurio announced on his Facebook page.
The chef, who is busy expanding his restaurant empire around the world, has vacancies in Chicago and Miami. In Latin America, there are open positions in Ecuador, Chile, Peru and Argentina.
