If you’re yet to taste the wonderful hit of Korean Gimbap then you’re missing out on a truly delicious treat.
The dish is everywhere in Korea and is similar to sushi. It is made with steamed white rice that has been marinated in vinegar, salt and sugar and then filled with a number of different ingredients.
This is all wrapped in a sheet of gim (dried seaweed) – the bap refers to the rice.
