Duo Raising Funds for Phocumentary

A film maker and a chef are looking to raise funds to produce a new documentary about Pho.

The duo are looking to raise $10,000 on Kickstarter to help them produce the cleverly titled movie, Phocumentary.

They promise the documentary will reveal the history of the Vietnamese dish and how some of its successes is down to the historic resilience of the Vietnamese people.

Anyone who donates over $5 towards the project will receive a digital download of the finished documentary and those who opt for the biggest pledge of over $1,500 will be given a private screening of the movie at their favourite Pho restaurant.
