Buffalo chicken pizza recipe
This recipe is highly customisable. Not a fan of blue cheese? Use ranch dressing and mozzarella, provolone or feta cheese. You can get creative with the toppings and add whatever you like: tomato slices, scallions or red onion, parsley, spinach. You can make the crust as thick or thin as you wish - the baking time will need to be adjusted accordingly.

Ingredients
1 ball of pizza dough
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 500°F / 260°C with a pizza stone or overturned cookie sheet. Alternatively, you can bake the pizza on a pizza pan instead of a pizza stone.
Stretch the pizza dough into a 12 inch / 30 cm circle on a sheet of parchment paper dusted with cornmeal.
Toss the chicken with the buffalo sauce in a small bowl. Spread the blue cheese dressing over the pizza, and then add the shredded chicken. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
Bake 9-11 minutes in the oven, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy hot.
