They come in a range of colors and would look great around most dinner tables. The idea is that the pieces are made from two distinct parts - the upper seat and back rest which are made using solid shapes and lines and the much softer and more rounded bottom part characterized by the legs.
The designer has also created a table to go specifically with the chairs and which is also seen in the picture. This is also made up of two parts, the solid sturdy top and the more organic bottom.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
