The Danish chef René Redzepi will be making his way to London in November as part of a tour to promote the launch of his new book, A Work in Progress.
The chef, who runs the world famous Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, will visit a number of countries including a stop in the English capital on November 10th.
Redzepi will read from the book alongside a presentation of seven short films that take viewers behind the scenes of Noma.
The discussion and reading will take place at the Almeida Theatre in Islington from 2-4pm with tickets costing £25, however, tickets with a copy of the new book will cost just £39.95.
A Work in Progress consists of three separate volumes including a personal journal from Redzepi, a recipe book with 100 new recipes and an album of 200 pictures captured by the Noma staff.
Redzepi's journey lies at the heart of the book with the publisher Phaidon revealing that it's a very personal account - never written with the intention of being read.
Guests who attend the talk will also have the chance to participate in a Q&A with the chef, a chance to ask their own burning questions about what it's like to run one of the world's best restaurants.
