Vongerichten's plant-based menu boasts a number of flavourful vegan dishes like grilled donko shiitake, asparagus, spring onion, yuzukosho green goddess and half or whole roasted cauliflower with turmeric-tahini and pistachios. All come served in the large white and airy dining space.
