Held in the scenic town of Ashland, Oregon's Chocolate Festival features the delectable products of chocolatiers in the West. Visitors will taste gourmet chocolates and have a change to indulge in chocolate spa treatments at the Ashland Springs Hotel.
Already in its 19th year, the Copenhagen Chocolate Festival is held at the old Carlsberg Brewery. Visitors will get to sample hundreds of sweet and savory chocolates, learn about textures and attend various fun workshops.
Visitors will learn to recognize the qualities of good cocoa and taste over 700 different varieties. Chocolate makers from Brazil, Peru, Mexico, England, Italy, Hungary, the Netherlands and many more will tell you about the origins of their products.
