Digby Elliott-Berry isn’t your run-of-the-mill teenager. At 15 years of age he's not old enough to drink but that didn't stop him from opening a gin distillery.
Elliott-Berry runs Sibling Distillery in Gloucestershire, England along with his siblings Felix, 22, and sisters Clarice, 20, and Cicely, 18. Between the four of them they claim to have 30 years of experience in the drinks industry, Spirits Business reports. That’s because the Elliott-Berry kids grew up working in their family’s Battledown Brewery, which happens to house the distillery.
Their artisan gin is triple distilled and features “vanilla, blueberry, orange and lemon among its botanicals.” It contains 42% abv and is sold in a distinctive cubic bottle. ” Spirits Business reports.

“I love being part of the team, I find it very exciting,” Digby Elliott Berry told Spirits Business. “I am a thrill seeker and I look forward to playing a bigger role as soon as possible.”
Perhaps the Elliott-Berry bunch will pair up with teenage chef Flynn McGarry to produce a series of dinners showcasing why Fifteen Is The New Thirty.
