S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015
This week on Fine Dining Lovers all attention tuned to the Grand Final of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 grand final in Milan.
The culmination the first ever talent search to find the best young chef in the world.
20 chefs came to Milan to present their dishes to the jury of international chefs and it was the UK and Ireland candidate Mark Moriarty who was crowned the S.Pellegrino Young Chef for 2015.
Moriarty won over crowds with his baked celeriac dish that won over the likes of Massimo Bottura, Grant Achatz and Gaston Acurio who sat on the judging panel.

The night also saw designers and chefs combine forces thanks to Vogue Italia with Maria José Jordan and fashion designer Paula Cademartori claiming the Best Couple Award. Xiao Li was picked as the best overall designer for her tomato print designs inspired by the dish of young chef Zhu Wenyuan from China.
