Meet Amalia Bussard, an art student who has a knack for turning vegan staples like grains, nuts and fruit into edible works of art.
Bussard, an advocate of clean eating, creates ''wholesome'' bowls of artfully arranged food like berries, kiwis, bananas, beets, coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Each masterpiece is uploaded to social media with a spiritual quote and vivid description.
