Alma - international school of Italian cuisine - has selected the ten Russia, Baltics and CSI region semi-finalists for the S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 global talent search. Here is the full list:

Chefs from 20 worldwide regions will compete before a local jury for the right to qualify as a finalist. The final will take place at the Expo Milano 2015, in June, where one finalist from each region will present its own dish to compete for the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015. The 20 regional finalists will also team up with a young fashion designer, chosen by Vogue Italia.
