You could say artist Nicolas Lampert has an obsession with meat. So much so, he thought it would be a fun idea to add a little protein to retro pictures of landscapes around the world.
The result? Meatscapes, a project featuring more than 50 ''meatified'' images. This tongue-in-cheek photography definitely makes for unforgettable scenery.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
