You'll be seduced by the low-key yet delicious dinners he prepares for his wife, elegant desserts and colorful anecdotes about his time working with the late Julia Child. The chef also shares tips for helping children eat anything and everything. What parent wouldn't love that?
Mouthwatering dishes include chocolate soufflés, pistachio-crusted Camembert and an effortless but stunning apple galette made with pizza crust (pictured below). There are also plenty of grilled recipes and seafood dishes perfect for relaxed entertaining.
