The chef also shares tips for helping children eat anything and everything. What parent wouldn't love that?
Mouthwatering dishes include chocolate soufflés, pistachio-crusted Camembert and an effortless but stunning apple galette made with pizza crust (pictured below). There are also plenty of grilled recipes and seafood dishes perfect for relaxed entertaining.
