"The human factor: Creating new memories" was the file rouge of the 15th edition of Identità Golose, the S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna-sponsored haute-cusine congress held in Milan from 23 to 25 March. Many top chefs from all around the world, including Dominique Crenn, Massimo Bottura, Virgilio Martinez and Jeremy Chan, gathered in Italy for three days of cooking shows, presentations and inspiring speeches based on food memories, culinary identity, biodiversity, the importance of team-work and connecting with communities.
Apart from the rounds of chef demonstrations, Italian chefs and ex-pupils of Alain Ducasse, Andrea Berton, Carlo Cracco, Davide Oldani and Massimo Bottura, took to the main stage to pay tribute to the legendary French chef in front of a packed house.
The theme was interpreted by all the attending chefs in really amazing and innovative dishes: feast your eyes with the selection of the best creations of Identità Golose 2019 below!
