Here's a great recipe for homemade barbecue kale chips from Nik over at A Brown Table. This recipe calls for making your own seasoning before cooking the kale leaves in a pre heated oven.
It was inspired by Nik on a trip to D.C and we really like the sound of the smoked paprika seasoning on top of crispy kale. A great use for what is fast becoming a much loved ingredient at FDL HQ. Nik says the BBQ rub can even be placed on meats as seasoning.
