The names of the 20 emerging designers selected by Vogue Italia to pair up with the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 finalists have finally been announced.
Each designer will reinterpret the work of their team-mate through a fashion creation inspired by the chef’s dish, in an unprecedented fusion of fine food and style.
Here is the interview with Russia, Baltics,CIS region finalists: chef Eldar Muradov and fashion designer Anton Belinskiy.

I am inspired by the nature of Russia. | People are like a sponge, absorbing everything around them. I'm inspired by the people with whom I communicate, books that I read, movies and more. |

I like natural colours and soft textures. | I’m really obsessed with colours. For upcoming season we worked with Johansen Ethan’s Colour theory, who also created the Shape theory. It’s all about difference: shapes, textures, colours... |

My creative style is perfectionism, in which each thing has its own place. | I could describe it like uptodate avant garde, inspired by past of my motherland for people, who live now and then... |

Yes, I am very patriotic when choosing products. | Sure! As I said before, I was inspired and influenced by art and history of my motherland, especially the mid of 20th century. |

Freshly baked rye bread with butter, garlic and salt. | I suppose it is seafood dishes, as I adore fresh fish, oysters, mussels in combination with delicious high quality white wine or rose. |

If your cuisine was something to wear, what would it be? |
If your creations were a dish, what would it be? |
White jumpsuit. | Just turning back from Paris, my exact answer is croque monsieur, as I’ve just learnt how to cook it. |

I do not eat Fontina cheese - the flavour is too aggressive for me. | You know, that «never say never», that's why I can't even imagine is there some piece which I would never wear. |

I want to visit the bull in the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. | Make a long trip along the narrow streets of Milan taking my camera together with me. New city, new people, contrasts at every step, that’s where my inspiration comes from. |
