Vegan Sushi Italian Style
For a healthy and ethical snack try this Italian style vegan sushi recipe, with Arborio rice, sun-dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

- Overcook the arborio rice slightly, with the apple puée, to make it sticky.
- Cool completely.
- Divide the fillings in half.
- Make the sushi rolls and cut each roll into 4 or 6 pieces.
- For the dipping sauce, mix the balsamic, water, garlic and parsley together.
