Nori
2 sheets
Arborio rice
80 g
Apple purée
10 g
basil
8 leaves, large and fresh
Sundried tomato
6 each, chopped finely
zucchini
2 medium, in thin slices
Balsamic vinegar
38 ml
water
10 ml
Garlic
2 cloves, chopped very finely
Flat leaf parsley
1,6 g, chopped very finely

Preparation

  • Overcook the arborio rice slightly, with the apple puée, to make it sticky.
  • Cool completely.
  • Divide the fillings in half.
  • Make the sushi rolls and cut each roll into 4 or 6 pieces.
  • For the dipping sauce, mix the balsamic, water, garlic and parsley together.
