Chocoholics Save The Date for the Forthcoming Chocolate Show London 2015

National UK Chocolate Week is set for a grand finale at The Chocolate Show in London this weekend. Held from Friday 16th to Sunday the 18th of October this will be the country's largest celebration of the sweet stuff.

With over 15,000 chocoholics expected to flock to the Olympia National Hall in West London the indulgent chocolate fuelled event will bring together the best in the industry for a third year running.

Highlights include:

A celebrity line up of chocolate pros including Tony Rodd, Edd Kimber, Vanessa Kimbell, Fleur de Sel's Lucie Bennett, Maricel Presilla, Rococo Chocolate's Barry Johnson, The Chocolatier Aneesh Popat, Willie from Willie's Cacao, The Galvin Restaurants Brothers, and Paul of Paul A Young Fine Chocolates amongst many more showcasing their patisserie and chocolate recipes live on the main stage.

• The International Chocolate Awards with over 20 artisan bean to bar producers from around the showcasing their award winning chocolates.
• The world famous chocolate fashion show with couture made and inspired by chocolate on the theme 'Once Upon a Time In The Land of Chocolate.'
• Paul a Young making his famous brownies live.
• The Tasting Room, which will offer guests a chance to taste and learn about some of the world’s best chocolate.

Over 80 chocolate themed exhibitors will be taking part so there will be ample opportunity to shop and see what’s new and inspiring on the chocolate market.

A chocolate factory will also be stationed at the show demonstrating the techniques behind the chocolate making  process from bean to bar.
