He also said in his Instagram account: “We are dedicated to contributing positive change in an industry that will chew you up and spit you out if you let it. It’s a new era and we have to focus on the wellness of the team first and foremost. If we are happy and healthy we can create a much better experience for our guests. We are interested in finding like minded individuals who want to grow and learn with us as we explore new ways to operate restaurants.”
Brock no doubt has a lot on his plate right now. It was recently announced that he would be heading up the team at the new restaurant in the Grand Hyatt in Nashville, and he is also about to reveal a concept restaurant Joyland in March this year, ‘inspired by his love for the food of rural southern gas stations’. He is also about to launch a podcast this year.
His soon-to-be-opened flagship restaurant is currently described so far as ‘a tasting menu only restaurant' and will be opening in early summer this year.
