Ever had a load of leftover herbs after cooking a meal? It’s something that happens all the time and unfortunately they often go to waste.
Not anymore with thanks to this cool little kitchen tip from our friends at Chef Steps.
The next time you have some herbs left over, rather than waste them or leave them to go dry, instead make some of these magic little flavour nuggets.
As you can see in the video below, all you have to do is add the herbs, some form of fat - butter or oils, and add them to an ice cube tray.
When cooking all you need to do is pop out one of the cubes, welt it over meat, vegetables or even pop it inside a bag while you sous vide ingredients.
