The world of food scented candles continues to expand. We've already featured turkey scented candles and candles that smell of burgers and now we bring you a look at Produce Candles a company from South Carolina that's stepping into the organic food scented candle market.
The company was started by Sara Crosby and Beau Burdette and offer a range of candles such as honey, carrot, radish, wildflower, melon and peanut. They also plan to offer a range of seasonal candles such as rhubarb, snap pea, tomato and peach.
Each candle design is based on a specific farm the duo have built a relationship with.
The candles, which are made using soy wax, come packed in mason jars. They cost $24 each with the company claiming they will burn for approximately 50-70 hours.
