Are you ready to nominate the chef winner of the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award? The moment has arrived for you to have your say.
Fine Dining Lovers readers, foodies, chefs and non-chefs, will have the chance from today, until 24 October, to vote for their favourite young chef from the competition's 12 regional finalists by judging the message conveyed through their signature dish.
S.Pellegrino and Fine Dining Lovers have never stopped in their search and support of young talent. But for this special award, we need your all-important contribution to crown the winner.
Have your say in deciding which chef most deserves the coveted award by evaluating the regional finalists’ responses together with the dish they present.
The winner will be announced during the Grand Finale of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy 2021 on 28-30 October in front of a prestigious jury composed of the international chef judges, known as the Seven Sages.
How to Vote
The 12 international finalists, selected during their respective regional finals via online voting, were chosen for best representing their personal philosophy. From family memories and local products, through to sustainability, the young talents of gastronomy gave us their point of view through 12 incredible dishes.
Voting will open at 9 am GMT on 1 September and close at 9 am GMT on 24 October. By clicking on the link you can evaluate how each finalist described their dish and make your voting decision.

What is the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award?
The award, chosen by the readers of Fine Dining Lovers, is given to the young chef who has managed to best represent his/her personal philosophy in their signature dish. Each regional final held during 2019 awarded young talents with an online vote, and now, on the occasion of the Grand Finale 2021, the time has come to choose the best of the best.
The chef with the most votes will win the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award, which will be presented during the Grand Finale in Milan on 28 - 30 October 2021.
