We've already brought you the Pets Deli in Germany aimed at offering gourmet meals for pets and now we're highlighting the Cat Cafe in Paris - is 2014 the year of fine dining pets? No, fortunately not, this cat cafe in Paris is in fact inspired by an idea originating in Taiwan where customers visit cafes that are packed with cats to help them relax.
The idea is also big in Japan and now, Margaux Gandelon from France is opening her own cat cafe in the hopes the idea will be a success in Europe.
Le Café des Chats offers customers a range of hot and cold drinks, a number of dishes and the chance to sit and stroke one of their adopted feline family.
The idea is proving so popular that the cafe's website warns customers to reserve in advance to avoid disappointment.V
