While many of us recognise the importance of cutting back on food waste, we perhaps don’t know how to make the most of our kitchen scraps, except for maybe making the odd soup or reheating leftovers.

In the video below, they take vegetable tops and tails, old rice and leftover brine, amongst other things, and create a stunning meal from them. You won’t believe what they manage to do with kitchen scraps actually.
