How to Cook Chinese Broccoli with Orange

Wondering how to cook Chinese broccoli? First blanch the Chinese broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain well and cool rapidly under cold running water; drain thoroughly.

Mix the orange juice and zest with the cornstarch, light soy sauce, sugar and 4 tbsp water and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the ginger and garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds, the add the Chinese broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the beansprouts and cook for 1 more minutes.

Stir the orange sauce mixture into the wok and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and coated the broccoli.

Spoon the Chinese broccoli with orange into a serving dish and serve at once.
