That's exactly what Trattoria Neapolis in California is offering their clients with a new pizza cocktail.
It's made with tomato water, basil infused vodka, ghost pepper infused vodka, muddle basil, porcini powder and finished with a healthy topping of parmesan and mozzarella foam.
The idea is that the drink is also paired with pizza and will only be available in October - round of pizza anyone?
