Are you too busy to water your herbs? Could you use a greener thumb? Then you need Mon Pot, a smart pot that lets you know when you need to water your plants.
Powdered by a solar battery, an LED light pops up when it’s time to water your precious plant. The smart pot was crafted by French designerJulien Bergignat and works just like a kitchen timer. You simply set the dial to one day, one week or two weeks and the pot does all the work.
An added bonus? The Mon Pot rotates so that your herbs benefit from more sun. Now you have no excuse to keep a pot of basil on your windowsill.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
