Here’s how to prepare homemade gluten free chocolate brownies for celiac disease sufferers:
Take the dark chocolate, break it into pieces and melt it in a saucepan with butter or margarine
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add them to the mixture with a pinch of salt
Now for the rice/corn or potato flour: add one of the three, together with the cocoa powder. It is necessary to pass them through a sieve and fold them into the mixture from top to bottom
Continue to mix as you add the honey and hazelnuts
Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake tin, preferably one with low sides, and smooth the surface with a spatula
