Food & wine has published its annual list of the Best New Chefs in America; a group of ten chefs the publication believe are the brightest culinary youngsters in the industry today.
The selection spans the entire country, from San Francisco to New York, the chefs must have been running their own kitchen for five years or less. Some people will notice that there's actually 11 chefs in the picture, that's because the duo kitchen team of Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske has been included.
Previous winners of the accolade include chefs: Thomas Keller, David Chang and Daniel Boulud.
