The annual 100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality list has been released by CODE Hospitality, highlighting women that have made an inspiring impact on the UK hospitality industry over the past 12 months.
The unranked list, created by the industry membership organisation, champions women working in all areas of the hospitality industry, and is this year divided into six new categories: sustainability, drink, community, mentorship and entrepreneurship, and the overarching category of the 'most influential women'.
The 'Most Influential Women 2022' list includes over a dozen chefs, from industry stalwart's like Ruth Rogers CBE, chef-owner of The River Café, to up-and-coming talent, like chef and author Ixta Belfrage.
A new 'hall of fame' category includes those women who have been at the forefront of hospitality for years:

This year's new judging panel of five industry professionals charged with picking the winners from more than 600 public nominations included: London food writer Melissa Thompson, restaurant critic Jimi Famurewa, Hawksmoor co-founder Will Beckett, Claire Koffmann and restaurant inspector Elizabeth Carter.
