Behold Jim Bachor's Gorgeous 'Treats in the Streets' Mosaics
Potholes are one of the most annoying things about driving but Chicago artist Jim Bachor has found a positive spin to this problem. He's taken it upon himself to turn potholes into art with colorful mosaics.
His series is titled Treats in the Streets and turns what was previously an eye sore into beautiful ice cream mosaics. Bachor uses summertime favorites like ice cream cones, ice pops and ice cream sandwiches to make the streets of Chicago a little sweeter.
Bachor is set to produce more ice cream mosaics in Chicago but has been called to Finland to craft his unique mosaics in the town of Jyväskylä. Check out some of his Treats in the Streets below and if you are hungry for more swing by his website.
