  • To make the matcha green tea latte recipe start putting the raw almonds in a bowl and fill it with water so that the almonds are covered.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • Take the almonds out of the fridge and rinse them in cold water.
  • Add them to a blender with 1,25 l of water and dates.
  • Blend until liquefied.
  • Add matcha and coconut and blend for a few minutes longer.
  • Strain if needed before pouring and serving.
