This is a continuation of a story that began in the Hunting Park neighborhood in 2008, bringing a long-established local favorite to a new audience. The focus is squarely on the cornerstones of Colombian morning life: baked goods and coffee. The coffee program is notable for its direct connections to growers in Colombia, ensuring quality and authenticity in every cup. The menu presents a hearty breakfast selection, offering meals that blend tradition with a modern sensibility. One such creation is the Huevos Bonodict, a take on the American classic that swaps the traditional English muffin for a savory pandebono, a popular Colombian cheese bread.
