Laurel Supply

The aroma of freshly milled flour may be the first thing that greets you at Laurel Supply, a signal of the thinking that defines this West Hollywood establishment. What unfolds from there is a hybrid of a European-style organic market and a full-service food hall, where the line between shopping for ingredients and sitting down to a meal is purposefully blurred. The space is organized around a series of distinct culinary stations. Beyond the fresh pasta and pizza, there is a sushi bar, a butcher counter offering organic meats, and a grill turning out prepared dishes. A central bar serves everything from coffee and matcha to fresh juices and smoothies, while another counter is dedicated to gelato. The atmosphere is that of a bustling marketplace, with indoor café seating available for those who want to eat on-site. This format creates a dynamic environment where the journey of the food is always in view. A clear commitment to sourcing underpins the entire operation. Every fruit and vegetable is organic, a standard that extends across the market's offerings. This focus on quality has also led to the international sourcing of certain specialty products, including milk and flour imported from Europe for use in various baked goods and prepared foods. By combining a luxury grocery with a wide array of dining options, Laurel Supply has positioned itself as a unique destination in the neighborhood, a place built as much for a thoughtful meal as for stocking a pantry.
