Jacques Pépin is a bit of a legend in The States and in the latest episode of Mind of a Chef, the French chef showed Gabrielle Hamilton how to make egg cocotte in two different styles.

It’s always great to watch a chef move about in the kitchen and anyone who has messed up egg cocotte in the past will know just how easy Pépin makes it look.

The video led us on to looking at other great chefs playing with eggs and some of the videos we found are great.
