To ripen an avocado in minutes, preheat your oven to 100 ° C (212F), pack the avocado in aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes.
If the avocado is really hard, you can leave it in the oven for one or two more minutes. However, be sure to check its hardness regularly as not to spoil the product.
