How to make Grape Cake Recipe
To prepare the recipe for a soft white grape cake, start heating the oven to 180°C (160° fan).
Butter a 25 cm baking dish.
Beat together the sugar and butter until light.
Beat in the eggs until blended.
Gently fold in the flour and enough milk to give a soft dropping consistency.
Cover the base of the dish with a layer of halved grapes.
Spoon over the cake mixture, and top with the remaining grapes.
Bake the white grape cake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
