The answer is an establishment that translates a lifetime of familiarity with honest seafood into a compelling new context, evolving from a traditional pier-side eatery to a modern, streetside destination. The restaurant describes its own identity as fast-casual-luxury, a combination that defines the distinct atmosphere it provides.
