An interview with Danish chef René Redzepi, from the Noma restaurant in Copenhagen just named the World's Best Restaurant 2012 for the third year in a row. Redzepi talked with Fine Dining Lovers about new ingredients, what's next for Noma and offered some advice for the new generation of chefs.
