Eggs, black pepper, some rice and a cabbage: what would you prepare with these only four ingredients? 

This is the question we asked some of the best chefs in the world when we gave them all the 'FDL Bare Fridge Challenge' - a game that sees every chef conjure up their own, very personal, dishes from the same four ingredients.

Third up to take the challenge, after the Danish chef Rene Redzepi from Noma restaurant in Copenhagen and the British chef Heston Blumental, is the American chef Thomas Keller.
