HOW TO EAT SUSHI
- Don't use chopsticks in not conventional way
- Don't dip the rice into the sauce
- Don't divide the sushi
- Pour soy sauce in the small individual plate
- Hold one piece of sushi
- Dip the fish side into the sauce
- Place the whole piece of sushi in your mouth
- Refresh your mouth with a slice of ginger

HOW TO USE CHOPSTICKS
- Hold the first chopstick firm and stationary in a fixed position
- The thumb holds the chopstick firmly
- The second chopstick is held like a pencil
- With the tips of thumb, index and middle finger
- The key is that the bottom chopstick remains still, while only the upper chopstick moves
- The index and the middle finger pivot to meet first chopstick to grasp the food
