The 'FDL Bare Fridge Challenge' | Chef Rene Redzepi

Eggs, black pepper, some rice and a cabbage: what would you prepare with these only four ingredients? 

This is the question we asked some of the best chefs in the world when we gave them all the 'FDL Bare Fridge Challenge' - a game that sees every chef conjure up their own, very personal, dishes from the same four ingredients.

First up to take the challenge was the Danish chef Rene Redzepi from Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, at the top of the 50 Best Restaurants list for the third year in a row.
