S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino


From the 03rd of April to the 18th of June some of the best Italian chefs will gather in Swiss Canton Ticino for the 11th edition of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino: the annual event - which has hosted an impressive 190 Michelin stars over the years - will be celebrated with eleven dinners in the most important gastronomic festival in the Swiss canton of Ticino.

The big news for this year's event is the collaboration of Le Soste, the association of some of the greatest Italian chefs: Giancarlo Morelli (restaurant Pomiroeu), Maurizio e Sandro Serva (restaurant La Trota), Claudio Sadler (restaurant Sadler), Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini (restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia), Davide Scabin (restaurant Combal.Zero), Lionello Cera (restaurant Antica Osteria da Cera), Mauro Uliassi (restaurant Uliassi), Giancarlo Perbellini (restaurant Casa Perbellini), Moreno Cedroni (restaurant Madonnina del Pescatore), Nicola Portinari (restaurant La Peca) and Pino Cuttaia (restaurant La Madia) will be the protagonists of the eleven dinners hosted in Canton Ticino.

In addition to these dinners there's also room for some special events, such as the one with the young chefs at the Young Chef's Evening at Seven Lugano, evening events dedicated to women where all participants - from the kitchen, to front of house and seated at the table - will all be exclusively women. Sapori Ticino will officially close with the Final Party, where the best chefs from Ticino will cook a special dinner at the Casino Campione d'Italia on 11 June.
