OVER 60 MICHELIN STARS TO CELEBRATE THE 10TH EDITION OF S.PELLEGRINO SAPORI TICINO

From the 04th of April to the 19th of June 2016, some of the world's best chefs will gather in Swiss Canton Ticino to celebrate the 10th edition of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino: over 60 Michelin stars will conquer the Swiss Alps and the canton of Ticino with a culinary festival to honor international culinary excellence.

Three-Michelin starred chefs Thomas Bühner (La Vie, Germany), Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana, Italy), Annie Feolde (together with Riccardo Monco and Alessandro Della Tommasina, Enoteca Pinchiorri, Italy), Pascal Barbot (Astrance, France), Niko Romito (Reale Restaurant, Italy), Peter Knogl (Cheval Blanc, Switzerland), Enrico and Roberto Cerea, (Da Vittorio, Italy), Christian Bau (Victor's Fine Dining, Germany), Jonnie Boer (De Librije, The Netherlands) and Eric Pras (Maison Lameloise, France), will work with local restaurants in the lakeside villages of Lugano, Ascona, Vacallo and Vico Morote.
