Spollo Kitchen is a visual cooking book, the result of a contamination process between graphic design and cooking. CTS Grafica has invited both Italian and international graphic designers to illustrate their favorite recipes throughout a poster.

The initiative, promoted in collaboration with Aiap (Italian Association of visual communication) and ADCI (Italian Art Directors Association) resulted in the selection of 100 designers chosen by five professionals in the editorial branch. The book contains all their recipes, explained and illustrated, to try and to watch.

Spollo Kitchen is not only a book (published by Corraini), it’s a project that started more than a year ago and during this year all the selected recipes have been cooked, photographed, eaten and judged by a chef. Yesterday evening, at the Frigoriferi Milanesi in Milan, an exhibition shew the totem labyrinth with the posters, the video-projections of the backstage and all the 570 projects received for the competition.
