COOKING IDEAS

This week we kicked things off with a visit to the Edinburgh Food Studio . It's an exciting new space that's part-restaurant, part-studio, part-experimental space.

Read our exclusive interview with founders Ben Reade (who formerly worked at the Nordic Food Lab) and Sashana Souza Zanella.

APPLE JUICE REIGNS

Even more exciting, they are produced in Europe's largest apple orchard.

Get the full scoop on why apple juice could be the next wine.

IN THE BLOG

This week in the blog we brought you Brazil's 2016 Michelin Guide, this year's James Beard Award winners and found a killer recipe for watermelon agua fresca.
