ASIA'S 50 BEST RESTAURANTS

It was an exciting week here at Fine Dining Lovers. We kicked things off with a look at the winners of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, a list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.

Chef Gaggan Anand was crowned the winner for the second year in a row. We sat down to talk with the acclaimed chef about his big win and his future plans. Read our exclusive interview.

COOKING TURKISH BUREK

From Asia we turned our attention to Turkey and the country's famous pastry burek.
