EATING IN THE BIG EASY

We kicked off the week with a grand tasting of the fabulous Cajun and Creole cuisine of New Orleans.

As Louisiana's largest city, the Big Easy is a foodie paradise. Whether you are in the mood for beignets, muffalettas, gumbo or po' boys, you'll find plenty of options to satisfy your hunger.

Take a look at the must-eat places in New Orleans and start packing your bags!

THE MULTI-SENSORY MAN OF FOOD

From there we went on to meet Charles Spence, an Oxford University professor and author obsessed with blending food and technologies that stimulate the senses.

Spence's work has influenced some of the best chefs in the world including Ferran Adrià and Heston Blumenthal. Read all about his philosophy and why he is considered the ''multisensory man of food.''

A HOMAGE TO ALAIN PASSARD

We finished off the week with a fun visit to Paris where the annual Le Fooding food festival took place. This year's event honored legendary French chef Alain Passard and featured nine of his disciples cooking the chef's signature dishes.

Check out our exclusive video to find out what each of them made for this grand two-day feast.
